Sales Represantative

Responsibilities :

• Take orders from clients via phones and enter them on system.

• Upsell Ezzeddine plus products.

• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.

• Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers.

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

• Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.

• Respond to clients’ enquiries and complaints.

• Report clients’ complaints to sales manager.

• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

• Meet all sales quotas and goals.

• Continuously improve through feedback.

• Adhere to business etiquette and communication skills guidelines.

Requirements & Skills :

• High school degree or equivalent

• Excellent knowledge of MS office and related software.

• Goal oriented.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Valuable and decent work ethics.

• Can work under pressure.
